- Expedited Shipping: Overnight shipping is not offered. In addition to higher costs, express shipments undergo radiation scanning processes that do not align with our quality standards.
- International Shipping: We are happy to ship internationally and will make every reasonable effort to support lower tax and duty fees when possible. Please note that customs regulations, fees, and processing times are governed by the destination country, and we are unable to assume responsibility for international customs charges or delays.
Refunds & Returns
We gladly accept returns on unopened items in new condition that are received within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For this reason, if a refund is requested, refunds can only be issued for up to two products. Refunding more than two items would exceed the amount originally paid and would negate the value of the promotional discount received.
